Finding an honest auto repair shop is rare, and Westside Auto proved they are one of the good ones. I came in expecting a repair that could cost me nearly $4,000, but after inspecting my vehicle, they found a much more affordable solution and completed the repair for only $800. They could have easily charged me much more, but instead they were honest, fair, and transparent. I truly appreciate their integrity and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Westside Auto to anyone needing reliable and trustworthy automotive repairs.

I've had my car serviced several times at W.A.P. They seem to be the only service center affiliated with Costco, so that is where I've been going to get my Sonata worked on... One of the first times was for an engine light. When I picked it up after having it serviced, the light was not illuminated. However, it reappeared before I had even driven 100 miles. Brought it back to West Side, and after having it for another couple days, it was still not resolved. Joe said they would replace a part that was believed to be the issue. So I took it back a 3rd time. They ended up not replacing the part I was told they would do for free. I figured that it was probably just a "short" or minor electric issue and called it good... Recently, I took it back to have some A/C work done. The tech diagnosed it as the system being slightly overfilled. So I paid $1300 to have a small amount of refrigerant let out of the cooling system. Within 2 days of getting my car back, the A/C was blowing out hot air again... At that point, I figured it would be wise to take my car somewhere else.

My Monday morning: Car wouldn’t start Westside auto had a tow truck to me within the hour Diagnosed the issue and got me out of the shop in like 20 minutes For full transparency, my battery went bad, but still…. Less then 20 minutes? Does it get better than that?

From the very first phone call, I was greeted with professionalism and respect. My car was overdue for a routine oil change and inspection. West Side Auto Pros was able to fit me in quickly working with my schedule, ensuring the process was as convenient as possible! I chose to wait as they worked on my car, and before I could truly settle in to the complimentary coffee, and my waiting book, they were finished. They completed a full inspection, documenting every component with detailed descriptions and pictures. The whole process was enlightening and made it easy to prioritize what needs to be completed. This thorough work also made it possible to do my own research and get a second opinion if desired. I was never blindsided by any charges, their quotes were honest and accurate. Any changes in the agreed-upon plan, was clearly explained before taking action so I could always make the best decision for myself. They worked with me to effectively treat my car within my budget, and even gave me a shuttle home to wait while repairs were made. Man, I was a first time customer today and I’m in the midst of a move. I called up to Westside to see if they could get me in to even look at what was going on with my truck. I talked with Jen, and she was sooo helpful and so friendly. In the midst of this move money has been so tight, so of course my truck had to break down. I wasn’t able to cover the fix that was needed, and Joe ended up taking care of everything for me! He fixed the problem, plus made sure my truck was 100% ready to be road safe for this move. I genuinely don’t think the people here at Westside realized how much they helped me and how much they blessed me today. They were so quick about making sure I was taken care of and did everything in their power to make sure I left happy and satisfied! I have a few friends and family in this area and I will be telling everyone how AMAZING you guys are! I genuinely can’t thank you guys enough!
